we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions of return
Please note that certain products are excluded from returns. such products are:
- Underwear
- Socks
- customised products
Returns
We gladly accept returns for eligible items. To initiate a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to ship the items back to us.
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, including the hangtag, still attached.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item:
- Request a Return: Please contact our customer service at hello@finaldraftclo.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that we can only offer a free return for customers from Germany. This excludes orders that contain sales items.
- Prepare the Package: Repack the item securely in the original packaging (or similar), ensuring the hangtag is still attached to the garment.
- Ship the Return: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Please address the return to the following address, including all products, your Order ID and Name. we need those information to identify your return and refund it accordingly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the product’s arrival at our facility. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, shipping costs, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items without the original hangtag or worn/washed items.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is faulty.
